IF none of the qeuipment is Hardstart( Gear head lathe etc.) you could get away with a good rotory phase that euqaled the HP ratigns. My 7hp gear head CNC LAthe would start on 5 hp Rotory but the controller fauilted out so I Finaly ended up ... It actually can help balance out any legs of the three phsaes that are not balanced. Definaetly want to go with a rpc to run everything as poposed to individual converters or chanigng to single phase. This is a onbrainer IMO. ...
